Terms and Conditions

A minimum £50 non-refundable deposit must be taken to hold all wedding booking dates. Until said deposit has been received Angels Hair and Make-Up reserve the right to hold any wedding dates or wedding bookings. Please note that should, for some reason, the wedding not take place this deposit is non-refundable as it covers the date initially booked out. They are paid via a bank transfer, using the details and reference code supplied to you.

All trial payments must be made either in cash on the day of the trial, at the time of the appointment, or—where specified—via bank transfer prior to the appointment. Please note that deposits do not constitute an upfront or partial payment toward the trial.

The outstanding balance must be paid no later than 14 working days prior to the wedding date. Payment is to be made via bank transfer using the details provided and the specified reference number. If full payment is not received within this timeframe, Angels Hair and Make-Up reserves the right to cancel the wedding booking, and no monies will be refundable.

Any changes to bridal bookings must be received no later than 10 weeks prior to the wedding date. Amendments to bridal party services requested after this time cannot be accommodated.

This includes, but is not limited to, reductions in services where bridal party members no longer require hair styling on the day; no reduction in payment will be given, as quotations are based on the original booking details and bridal party numbers.

Requests to add additional bridal party members for hair services may be considered at the discretion of Angels Hair and Make-Up and will be subject to availability and scheduling constraints.

Travel is included within a 5 mile radius (roundtrip) of TF12 5NY then is charged at 0.75p per mile and £12 per hour travelling.

Please note that a surcharge may apply to weddings booked outside of standard working hours, including bookings during holiday periods or with a start time before 7:00am. Please refer to the following sliding scale of additional charges:

• Holiday period bookings: £50
• Out-of-hours bookings: £50
• Departures before 5:00am: £60
• Departures before 6:00am: £50
• Departures before 7:00am: £40

Please note that, on occasion, it may be necessary to reschedule your trial date due to unforeseen childcare arrangements. Should this occur, two alternative dates will be offered to accommodate a revised trial date.

Please note that during the peak season (01 May- 30 Sep) there is a minimum spend  of £350 required to book Angels Hair and Make-Up services for a Saturday wedding. As an idea this could be achieved with one Bridal Hair and Make-Up package, and two Bridesmaids Hair and Make-Up packages.
