How is Angels Hair and Make-Up different from other makeup artists?
Angels hair and make-up is simply unique. The service that you will receive with us does not compare to others. Here our focus is you. Making you look amazing, but more importantly feel amazing. And it's our promise that you will.
I'm not used to wearing make-up, do I have to wear lots on my wedding day?
No way. You have to be comfortable and you want to feel like you! Weddings can be so overwhelming- it is our intention to make you feel fabulous but still feel like you. 'Beautifully still you' is our moto and we mean it. Together we can discuss exactly what you want to wear make-up wise and create a look that fits you perfectly.
I am unsure about what bridal hair/make-up style I want, can I book a trial with you before I book you ?
Yes absolutely you can. We do always suggest that you are safer to also book the wedding date itself as we'd hate you to book your trial, love it and then be unable to book your actual wedding date with us, but this is of course up to you!
How many trials can I have?
As many as you want! Trials are charged separately and so you technically can have as many as you want, but we don't want you spending all of your money on trials so it is our aim to find you perfect look at your first trial.
I have had my trial with you do I have to book you?
Absolutely not! We are delighted in the fact that 99% of our trial customers do book in with us, but there is absolutely no obligation to.
I want to come with a friend — does Angels Hair and Make-Up offer package deals?
We offer various promotions that change monthly, so get in touch and we'll see what we can do!
I have heard a rumour that in 'peak season' wedding services cost more is this the case with you?
Here at Angels Hair and Make-Up there is no additional charge for having any of our bridal services in 'peak season', the only difference is there is a minimum charge required for Saturday or Sunday weddings. In 'peak season' on a Saturday or Sunday bookings must be for at least 4 bridal party members or a minimum spend of £350.
A bridal party member is no longer coming, do I still have to pay for them?
It depends on how soon you let us know. We need to be notified of any changes to initial wedding quotes/bookings at least 90 days before the actual wedding date and in this instance you will not be charged. Please note that for any cancellations made for 'peak season weddings' (June, July or August) a £20 surcharge will apply even if we have been notified 90 days in advance.
Which payment methods does Angels Hair and Make-Up accept?
In salon we only accept cash payments but can accept bank transfers- but these must be completed 1 hour prior to any in salon appointments. For deposits and final balance payments we accept only bank transfers. Deposits must be paid on at the time of booking and are non-refundable and final balance payments must be paid no later than 1 week before the wedding date.
